Sup Bigplayray! I have recently got a shoulder injury, and had it for about 2-3 weeks. I think I got it from bench press, as I feel the pain very bad when I do that, so I stopped. Also lat pulldown/chins hurts. The pain is between my bicep and shoulder. Will this exercise help? I went to the doc, and he told me to do this, with 3 sets - everyday I workout. And I workout 5-6 times a week with a split.

@bigplayray09 I've been doing a new weight routine for about 6 weeks. and it the past couple weeks i've noticed a click in my shoulders (mainly right) but there is no pain. I was going to workout shoulders yesterday but when I did a set of an uprightrow I felt pain different to when I last did an upright row, so I did some cardio and went home. Could this pain in my shoulder area be related to the click that am having in my shoulders. Also i started playin tennis in te past 2 weeks

in the early days when i just started lifting, i was constantly snapping shit up in my shoulders and was in great pain from everyday tasks, and working in a garage even changing tyres felt like my shoulders where comming apart. but after watching scoobys video on rotator cuff exercises the pain has gone and i only get a slight bolt of pain if i bend at a funny angle.

When I rotate my shoulder backwards it clicks and then i feel a slight pain its been going on for a bit..... I did military press today and it hurt the shoulder quite a bit but when I did like shoulder flys and raises I felt no pain. When I benched today I felt slight discomfort but no pain what should I do I know I should see a doctor but does anyone know what the injury could be?

Hey Big Play Ray great video. I was wondering should I treat the rotator cuffs as a separate muscle group or do them as like a warm up before a shoulder work out or chest work out? Any feed back would be much appreciated. I am here watching your videos due to Campbell fitness! Another excellent You tube fitness channel :)
Thank you so much Play Ray I wanted a rotator cuff video so bad, but no one else does one. Does it matter how close your elbow is to your body or how far you arm extends?

@boby6 Yea no problem buddy. I know you had been askin for this video for a while but my schedule is real tight. Keep you elbows as close to your body and use a full range of motion but do not hyper extend. Your elbow should stay center.
