Why no HD?

@anakingijs You cannot render a video recorded from an old console in HD. PlayStation 2 and GTA: Vice City Stories have a native resolution of 640x360 pixels. "HD" means high definition image with 1280x720 pixels.
All I can do is to resize 640x360 to 1280x720 so I can get the 720p option, but you get the same video and details of 360p, that is not the real "High Definition". That's useless - if you want to make the screen bigger, just click the resize button on the video player.
