I'm asking this for a reoson... So let's say I don't take it off and wipe off the lint ring. Would my IPod Touch 4G get like to tight and just stop working? (This happened to my dsi but not with lint)

i've been using a colors case for about a year on my ipod touch. It great but does get dirty after a while and with an ipod in general causes gunky mess on the shiny back that doesnt come off.
Thought about using one when i get an iphone but not sure.

These are awesome I have one and I don't get the ring dust, lts a very nice and high quality case 9.5/10
