Only tip: Keep the hands up.

That was a good spinning hook.

If you got into a fight with a black belt, could you ever win? Like even with the "element of surprise"?

This is one of favorite videos to watch. She has great determination and is very inspiring. GREAT JOB!

-
Wow she is really good.
I take gendai aikido And I'm pretty good but I'm not nearly as good as her

@xpertadvisor I don't think thats what he meant, he is holding it out from his body and standing strangely, kind of like he has to really go potty, or he's really scared of the board. I've personally never seen anyone hold a board like that, speed break or not.

She needs to work more of form and the cleanness of her breaks. The girl is good, but anyone can work up to it (Btw I'm not just saying it, I've been training since the age of 4, and being a girl is not a disadvantage)
The "Karate Kid" comment is because the first school she trained at was called "Karate Kids" (even though she learned hapkido and taekwondo)

y is the holder standing like that? and holding it compleatly wrong

@punkassbitch49 If you mean holder on the first board break, he is holding only one side of the board because it is much more difficult to break the board when the board is held only on one side. This is why it is called a "speed break" because breaking boards held only on one side depends more on the speed of the kick than on brute force. It takes a lot more skill to do this and demonstrates that the martial artist has developed speed as well as power.

She has palsy in her L leg - that's why she only jumps off her Rt leg. (notice her limp in her run up to the jump kick)

Those are ankle braces (for her disability) - not warmers - and do not cover any contact surfaces - there is no "cloth on foot" where her bare ball and heel of her foot hits board or brick.

The spinning hook kick is clearly a "speed break" - only one side of the board is held. If you look at the heading, I clearly separated the "speed break" to only refer to the hook kick. The other breaks are standard breaks.
