Ace job bro!

I really like this.
That being said, I think you're holding out on us.
Give up the plans you used to construct the intro at once .

@MilitantOldLady It's Drop C almost every song of "In the arms of God", sometimes they use 1 step down tuning.

hi i've got some queations..
-are you playing an american strat?
-and what equipment do you use?
Cassian321 2 years ago
It's a Mexican Strat, plugged into a BOSS ME-50 pedal, plugged into the computer.

wrong tuning jack....DADGBE and you play the main riff with too much vibrato
MilitantOldLady 2 years ago
I hardly doubt the COC guys would play in drop-D.
And there's never enough vibrato. Never.

Man, you literally have the tone nailed. That is what sets the sound of COC from other bands. Amp? Pedals? How did you capture their signature sound?

Thanks, although I really don't think i'm anywhere near COC's tone. For starters i play with a single pickup Strat where they use ESP with a Gibson SG design.
Didn't use any amp, just my pedal BOSS ME-50, most likely using the "Rat" emulation on it, a bit of reverb and that's it. This is pretty much MY signature sound :)
Pedal is plugged into the computer's line in.
