what are your settings amp and guitar wise?

probably: strat neck pickup, amp: middle & bass around noon, treble 10-11 oclock

apartment level. the attenuator all the way up (50% output), and volume around 9-10 o clock.. at the gig, this amp is a bad moth#$^##$e...!!

one more thing...what speaker configuration? and speakers?

it s the standard 1x12 jensen speaker they come with. it sounds much more open, most of the compression on the clip is camera/youtube

I just scored the Doberman 4-10- 40 watt, these amps are very good especially for the money, i paid 985$ shipped, with NOS tubes and some nicer speakers these amps will stand up to anything out there, i own black face fenders as well and these EL-34 amps sound great with the old fenders, you can spend a lot more money and still not get a better hand made amp.
