"Atoms for Peace" is a popular nickname for a galactic collision in action which refers to NGC 7252 or Arp 226. The merging galaxies lie around 220 million light-years away in the constellation of Aquarius, very far away from the Milky Way. NGC 7252 may be found to the right of the brightest star of the Piscis Austrinus constellation, and which is known as Fomalhaut. The video zooms into the constellation until a tiny fuzzy ball appear with curious appendages, and then follows a pan over Arp226.
