  • It's a rather-better-than-usual demonstration of a method of producing Carbon nanotubes - fire a stupidly small blob of molten carbon upwards (inkjet style technology), and it will trail a carbon nanotube behind it. Then you drop it onto a substrate which, I'm guessing, you apply a charge to when you want to harvest the tubes.
