Grand Bend motorplex aug 11 2011

Motorcycle lapping day at grand bend on the freshly paved racetrack. Out of the 5 possible configuration this one is the technical one. We were in the intermediate group where passing was not allowed going into a turn. Bike ahead of me is a 1089/98 (not sure) ducati 2011, im on a 06 gsx-r 750. Due to lack of cc i was Having a real hard time passing him in straights even tho i got a good run at him coming out of turns.

Nice vid, first on I saw from Grand Bend this year. At 2:00 on the straight away, how fast are you going or can you go?

@stjeepan by the end of the straight i was in 4th gear between 14 to 15k rpm... so i would guess thats about 230 ish.. the reason why i cant tell cause our speedo is taped over

Just moved to Ontario, and I'm looking to get out to a track day at this track. Anyone from the Windsor Area attend track days at Grand Bend?
