    Hello everyone. Very good vid. My dad had been an overweight boy. He converted his body from 279 lbs of pure fat to 217 lbs of total muscle. I couldn't believe it! I just joined myself because I'm working to get big muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)...

    Glad I stubled onto this movie. Love You tube because of this sort of material!!!

    My homeboy had been bullied. He explained he was about to get bigger. I chuckled... Until in a matter of weeks he gained 40 pounds of 100 % pure muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn't get bullied these days. :-)
