iPod Video in the wild...

This is NOT the "real" iPod video, just a quick mock-up to help us dream until the real one comes out...

UPDATE: Sept 1, 2007

I have never explained on YouTube what I used to make this, until now. I used tracking in After Effects. This is a 5G iPod with a "widescreen-sized" green sheet of glossy photo paper taped on the iPod (It did not need to be green). The glare is real, and I did have a lot of problems tracking the corners in earlier tests because of the glare. My hand movements were actually planned out in this final version of the video to avoid the glare on the corners.
