I went out solo this morning. Originally started at location 246, but after 3 hours, I moved to location 249. Within 8 minutes, I landed a 21" Striper. This actual footage was an hour later on my 7' ugly stick. Stripers are super fun!

  • Awesome video and definitely some nice catch. Fishing the aqueducts ain't easy, especially being out there in the summer time.

  • @CaliAnglersTV I only fish between the times of 5am to 10am. If the fish are really hitting, then I would stay. June and July are the best months out here.

  • what is the size limit for it?

  • @COOKIEAREN Size limit in California is 18" or more and limit 2 per fisher. Fun stuff!

  • What were you using for bait here? I tried down at the palmdale area and didn't even get a bite!

  • @JEdwardsAF Chicken Liver from walmart is what I use. Both the stripers and catfish love it. You got to find spots near water gates or pumps.
