10 seconds ago @pelsall The council left me in flat without windows for two years. and then without toilet for 2 years. In that time they took the piss. I was eventually convicted of assault on manager even though I made no contact with him because they lied in court. And if you ask me in my experience the employee of council is sad bastard. Of all the infinite possibilities for a human, to end up clinging on to your wage pack whilst your whole ability to be a human is eroded.

1st off this is not birmingham city council u have recorded, this is service team working on behalf of us and secondly the clip doesn't show the worker driving off after throwing "the plants" into place, maybe he was roughly throwing them where they were going to go before planting them.

Firstly I was there and no what I saw hense the capture of the footage by a member of my team. We where walking to do some research. The video is 9 seconds long hardly time consuming.
