Kristens advice is to find your passion and be constructive with criticism. Be honest with yourself and identify what drives you in life, and pursue that passion in a way that can stimulate your economic desires. Being passionate will drive you to push harder and your customers know when you heart is in it and when its not. Also, welcome constructive criticism and be ready to learn from it and use it to your advantage. But beware to not let too much criticism divert you from your true passions!
