The destruction of a community - O'Devaney Gardens - by Government determination to use PPPs for the regeneration of estates, implemented by Council and councillers, which is destroying whole communities , their facilities and lives of their children. Despite the recession there is every sign that Cllrs. have not learned by thier disastrous mistakes.
When will government learn? PPPs were bad value when the economy was booming as capitalists squeezed every last penny out of the workers. But then when the money dried up so did any promise of improvement in working class areas.
