The game is 1 2 3 (Kick it drop that beat like an ugly baby) from Dejobaan games, the same people who made AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! — A Reckless Disregard for Gravity. It is currently in Alpha. The goal is to fly near the buildings to get "kisses" not hitting the structures let you continue your streak and get multiplier bonuses.

It seems levels are restricted to only 5 minutes.

I really don't understand what the level design has to do with the music, this looks more like AHHHHHHH! recklass disregard repackaged with an equalizer
