How about pointing the flame in an angle to reduce heat?
-
That is the only drawback w/ HHO: needing a drain for anything you hook it to. well, at least we're thinking!

Never had a hick-up on a cell ..flashbacks are rare if the hole size is right ,have had 19 mig tips running only 3 lpm ...
-
uh, until the cell hick-ups. I have logged MANY hours of this stuff. Better wear some ear plugs!
-
the heat is dissapating. that pan would need a single flame of about 8 in. to cut through.
-
ceramic cracks and falls apart under the flame, big or small.

You know, if you could find a way to rotate your pot on an axis you could turn up the flame and still save the pot, 'cause it's moving..see what I mean?

I hadn't never burnt thru a pot yet . I have had around 15 lpm on one and as long as it has water in it dont burn thru ...But what you are saying would be good for the water drop build up on the bottom of the pots ..The biggest problem i had with my 19 tip burner is the water drops putting my flames out ..

I am thinking wood gas would be cheaper & faster, if someone were to supply the experiment.

I have plans to make a wood gasifier when i get time , just hadn't had time...And yes woodgas would be virtually almost free....I have researched these for little over a yr now and if done just right they can run any motor just about ...
