This MECA class is called Park and Pound, in this class you measure to see how loud you are outside of the vehicle, the meter is placed a certain height 6 feet away from the vehicle with as many windows and doors open as you want. If you pause quickly at 0:26 you can see the meter stand. It's a pretty cool class, this car can do a 150+ at the headrest so its pretty loud in it
