  • @clogspecialist i agree, but the sten was very reliable and was extremerly cheaply made, stamped steel, it was made in a time of need

  • The sten was a " machine carbine"

    The m3 is a submachine gun........and the mp 40 is a machine pistol.

  • well while we are argueing

    since an SMG shoots a smaller pistol cartridge it is "below" an MG in power. whatever dude i don't care anymore

    lets agree that the sten was a crappy yet unique SMG.

  • You missed out on my joke, but seeing as you're being argumentative, so will I. A machine gun is a gun that fires fully automatically. A sub machine gun is not 'below a machine gun' as you say. You're right about the pistol cartridge, but it is a machine gun, as it fires fully automatic as well. Fact.
