worst phone ive ever owned same problem.. been sent to repairs 5 times in a year for exactly the same shit and nokias r piece of shit

you must install again or the last version of firmware, then be work. i did that.

that happend to me once all u do is when the screen is blank switch your phone of take out you battery wait 1 min switch on again and it will do the same thing then while the screen is white that out the battery again and then it will work

u nid to bring ur phone to a cell shop....that is an error on the software...it needs to be reinstaled...

that is a software error! you have to install the software in nokia again! I think that can be work!

also while operating within simcard.
but only sometimes, reboot helps!
