I'm about to put a brushless sytem into my Blackfoot Xtreme (also with a beetle shell) I think I'll go with Velineon. How's the Carson system, and what cells are you running?

a brushless motor would not have worked at all with a standard ESC

I miss mine :( that was the most fun truck i had after modding it so the steering and suspenion didnt suck so bad
