But they'll probably turn it around and blame it on the city for not providing their kids some free summer and after school recreational activities.

Wow, I see that after they just filmed some footage for a movie last 2 weeks ago, they took it all away and painted more Graffiti then it was at first on 1:04 and on 1:50.
