Josh used to be the worship leader at my church and Marquis (Bass) is one of them now and Brian is my pastors son! Such an amazing song. love it every time Marquis or Brian play it!

(god). but i guess blind faith in an all knowing higher power is beautiful. but its not. it is delusion. it is brain chemistry. god is chemicals and delusions of spirituality is the manifestation of said chemicals. beauty is knowledge. it is acceptance of mortality.

what this music seems to do is dragging Jesus down to us, instead of lifting us up to Him. If Jesus was your universal boyfriend, this music would be appropriate. However He is THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD, and should be approached bearing that in mind. - I don't doubt your experiences though of this being an uplifting song. Feelings can do that to you. You can't trust your feelings. You have to see what the EFFECT is, and that comes AFTERWARDS. This song brings no peace to me. It only is depraving

I agree, it is about Jesus' sacrifice being the ultimate expression of love but music can be used as our appreciation and love for HIM. This outpour can be expressed through music that results in praising, worshipping, and sometimes joyful noise. .
