i was told by a friend who worked at pinnacle last summer and told me to try it this year. i am very excited. going to maryland for 4 months. i live in utah. if it doesnt work out who cares i get to see the world a bit more and i get to bust my ass in the proses. go pinnacle security!!

not to also mention that i personally delt with a customer who had a security with my company, then pinnacle came in claiming that they were just coming to check the system, THEN they installed their system in the home and the customer later realized that they were being billed by 2 companies. not the smartest bunch of people with the pinnacle group

yes, summer sales reps are all lying pieces of crap. Im a tech support agent for another company and i have to deal with customers who were promised all the time complete lies about the security system. sales reps are dishonest and just want the people to buy, who cares if its a 96 yr old lady who is not mentally there, they still con people into buying it. whats wrong with the truth!

Amen to the comment below. I worked for another alarm company and they are ALL THE SAME. I often ran into other alarm companies and talked to them; the pitch is IDENTICAL. I can honestly say that it was a complete and utter WASTE of a summer. PLEASE do not believe any numbers they give you, numbers can be twisted to mean anything they want, remember, you're dealing with salesman trying to recruit you. Don't fall for it like I did!

Selling security is like selling your soul to the devil. I worked for two different companies this summer and although the companies (for the most) part treated me good and showered me with incentives, the only issue I had and that I could not fully see past was the whole lying part of it. The whole door approach is 99.9% BS. I don't know how the Pinnacle door approach is like but I'm sure it is a replica of the door approaches I have used.
