    This remarkable film has been re-released on The Criterion Collection, which has always been on the forefront for fine, groundbreaking films. Sadly, though, this was Mark Hellinger's last movie. But it's good to know that this film's influence still remains. Without "The Naked City", there'd be no "Law and Order", for instance.
