I wasn't even alive in '67. I became a zygote around the end of 1970, but I sympathize more with the hippie dream than the dreams of the Nixonheads, the military industrial complex, the rednecks and the corporations. The whole idea of tuning in, turning on and dropping out was very appealing to me as a young adult. Just Say No to Drugs was ludicrous.

i see good both in the old ways[50 s generation] and sixties generation. the sixties were very destructive. yet the music and comming together was a good idea...

some of the old morality was uptight. some was good though...there is a lot dualism i think, but i still enjoy the amazing music of 67,it is transcendant.
