Buddhism is not a religion in the sense that we think of Islam, Christianity, or Judaism. Buddha never claimed to be God or a manifestation of God. He claimed to know a way to end suffering by removing attachments and being mindful of one's thoughts. Buddhism can help make you a better muslim.
