It's actually a piece called 'all of me'. It is a rythem changes and the only reason this guy says it's gypsy is because the clarinet is commonly associated with gypsy style music.

@juwan66 I learned clarinet, then moved on to tenor sax and flute. The TS and flute have the same fingerings as the upper register of the clarinet, so you already know half of it. Learn the lower register fingerings and you're set.
