Ilan Rubin is not the best drummer, but he's a twenty something who works and works and works and u can see that he makes lots of efforts to improve his skills
he was the drummer for Lostprophets (which happens to be another one of my favourite bands next to NIN) and I really think he's good and he can do better

That's a very strong statement. Don't get me wrong, he's very good, but not the best, by far. btw josh freese isn't drumming for them on this tour.
