The Downtown Eastside Community Arts Network is
pleased to present highlights of the Town Hall Meeting on the Historic Area Height Review and Housing and the Homeless. Held at the Carnegie Community Centre on April 27, 2009, the meeting was organised by the Downtown Eastside Residents' Association (DERA) and the Carnegie Community Action Project (CCAP) and
chaired by Kim Kerr, executive director of DERA.
