2005 Subaru Legacy GT EMS first responder Vehicle.

This is a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT.

Its equipped to respond to the building and to the scene in cases of Rescue and Emergencies.
This vehicle only operates with its lights on only in cases where I need to respond to emergencies and this car does not break any NYS laws. As well as this vehicle follows all guidelines and laws of the road.

I live in new york. More specifically long island. I don't know what a WEMT is, but in NY we have AEMT. Depending on the town/county you either have Fire-Rescue cores, or you have Fire cores and Rescue cores separately. In my case they are completely separate and thats why the two different color lights.

Green lights in my county signify EMS, while blue lights mean Fire, i only do EMS

I live in westchester and I'm gona be an EMT by august, what are the rules of being able to have lights and being able to respond to emergencies in your personal car? I've tried to look for it online but can't find anything
