The last 30 seconds or so of regulation, which show Sergei Brylin tying the game with 2 seconds to go out of a netmouth scramble!

The game would eventually end in a 2-2 tie.

  • save continuous OT for the playoffs and give 1/2 point to a team that loses in OT or Shootout

  • u just need one game

  • i doubt it, not in todays NHL. you rarely ever see 3rd overtime in the playoffs

  • yah so some games will end at midnight and the players might have a game the next day

  • 20 like the good ol days

  • like the playoffs with 20 minute periods? or with 5 minutes

  • yeah but why not continuous overtimes like the old days? I think it would be much more tension-filled and exciting.

  • u do have a 5 minute ot period good example the rangers blew a 4-0 lead to the caps last week and lost in overtime

  • so even if a team is down 4-0, and they score 4 goals in the third period, only to lose in a shootout, thats a good thing to have? To have an exciting game decided by a skills competition. Who has better moves than who played harder?

  • how does the three point system do that? and a game should be decided with skill the shootout is exicting
