This Tutorial will be divided into 2 sections.
In part 1 I'll cover basic system requirements, a brief overview of Wine, explanation of Launchpad / PPA system, and finally installing WineLoL.

Part 2 will address configuring WineLoL, installing the client, patching the client, and running the game.

  • I need help. I installed League of Legends correctly. But when i want to start the game, the linux shows the logo, and it goes gray, and it make nothing. What can i do now? (ubuntu 11.10, wine 1.3.28) thank u

  • hey when I did the "sudo get-apt update" it updated some things, but at the end it said "E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.", do you know what I did wrong?
