@fruskvlts I dont know he did say 5 protein shakes 1 solid meal a day with intense workouts/cardio. I believe its possible. I dont think you would get alot of mass from lifting heavy intensely everyday for 30days. But youd definitely would cut body fat % especially depending on his metabolism. With all his lean muscle Im sure its high

@amalemany32587 I was researching B12, seems to be a problem throughout society, regardless of diet; 40% of the USA has a deficiency. I was also looking at some vegan blood tests, 100% low-fat raw vegan, no supplements, for 6.5 years and B12 levels were fine. Did we ever stop to consider that the "Normal" range is the range for people that are taking a B12 supplement 3x daily through 'enriched' foods.
How can we possibly get 15%+ protein without cooking/eating animals 3x a day?
