It's just a mix of muay Thai, and jujitsu. Just with a higher sense of practicality, but worth learning as this will get you out if dodge and not win you shiny plastic.

wtf r u trying to say?

now that is how you do a good punch.

@Fragment87 Yeah ^^ An horizontal punch takes more time than a vertical punch, it's more powerful but it's slower... In krav maga you need to be as fast as possible ! This teacher must be a very good boxer but some things he teaches seem to be wrong ... I don't say I'm stronger than I'm not but I just say what my Krav Maga teacher would have said

@Metin2Resh Couldn't agree more. Once you star sparring with each other and you hold your hand that close to your head and in a fist, you will learn that you can't use it for a defense, if you do block a punch you will just get your own knuckles directly in your head and there will be no difference. And punch with your two hardest knuckles in a vertical punch god damnit, these horizontal punches will end up breaking your two smallest knuckles!!

Check the black guy in the front, everyone's doing a jab he's doing a cross standing southpaw lol, then when they switch to cross he's doing a jab....good gosh I had people that don't pay attention!

@kdude1000
i see it but i also understand it...cause hes prob left handed...soo he jabs with the other hand...you can see it because hes legs are also crossed with the others...and because the instructor doesnt say jab/cross but left and right...so thats why he does it different....i think
