And I'm not recommending these surface cleaners for roofs they are for concrete only like driveways, walkways, and certain patios don't use them on roofs and especially don't use them on chatihoche stone patios!!!.... I found that out the hard way.

I have done business with him forever! He sold it last year though. New guys are fine too, but Dave knew how to fix stuff [ and play video games when he should have been fixing stuff! :-) }
These flat surface cleaners are mighty rough on "UNFLAT" tiles though!
I have even seen guys use them on shingles! I stopped using pressure on roofs 20 years ago, but I did pressure wash them for the 1st 13 years I was in business.

Btw for everyone else wondering about surface cleaners you can find a decent one for under 350$ at your local pressure washing store .....I got a decent 20" surface cleaner for 340$ from a guy here in Florida named Dave that owns Florida pressure washing equipment and supplies ....it's a great store and he is a lot of help when I have any problem that needs to be fixed for a great price!

im pretty sure that's 2 fan heads spinning under there. unless u cover all downlights and ceiling fans, heaps of water will come through.
