It's nice that you have an alternative service for liturgical purists. However, I have found that having two alternative services is somewhat of a devisive element in the harmony of a congregation.

@spaljoey no argument there but in this community the population is very diverse ( and very mobile ) Divisions are always in place specially now that churches everywhere are either fighting or embracing the gay marriage proposals. Myself, on a personal level i will go elsewhere if gay marriage is adopted no matter what the music is.

@spaljoey as i said , you are perfectly entitled to your beliefs. I am not going to defend the music but i must disagree with you. certainly not organ music nor intended to replace organ music. We do have orgabists who play at our traditional service and it is structured so any one person can go to either or both. I happen to like this one. just because i said it rocks, does not mean it is rock music, it is actually gospel music played with modern instruments ( and talent )

I'm all for contemporary musical integration into a formal liturgy...but you can't get that feel with only a 3 min. clip. I'd love to see how you pull off the entire divine liturgy with modern music!!!

Thanks, but I'll just go to a real Lutheran Church. Interesting how you refer to worship as "rock". If I want to rock, I'll just go to some disco and rock. Quite honestly, even as supposed rock, your music is extremley sub-par.
