The most common question: Aren't religious people offended by this show?
Answer: Extremists are usually offended, whether they are christian or islamic. The open minded religious folk enjoy it, even if they don't agree with everything. Sarah Palin, Pat Robertson, Ted Haggard, Tim LaHaye, etc. would hate this show more than they would hate the real, actual Jesus of the bible.
The show is influenced by the work of these people, among others: Howard Bloom, Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens, Kevin Phillips, Naomi Klein, and Noam Chomsky.

Loved the show. Of course the scripted part was great, but the answers to audience questions were both intelligent and hilarious. The Comedy Jesus Show is a non-offensive but truly explicit unraveling of organized religion. It ranks with Python's Life of Brian (oh shit, did I go too far?).
