my best mile is 505, but im 44...but how is that relevant to anything? if you think he is a great coach, then that is all that matters...just dont take his suggestions on what to eat....

@thatsnice99 His coach is my current high school coach buddy, he is one hell of a coach. u probably can't even run under 6 minutes on the mile.

He ate a sandwich with mayo before a race....So sad that he does not have a coach that knows what they are doing...It is obvious that Alan is incapable of caring for himself so he can best demonstrate his ability. He needs a REAL coach that can monitor his actions so he can be healthy when he runs in China.
