  • @o0Deano2k80o Nice, I pull that in 1:57, 500 in 1:45, 1000 in 3:46, 2000 in 7:47

  • @proap2 Normal Rower??? what age, what level? That's an average split of 1:42 for 17 minutes. The world Record for a 6k is 20:28, that's got to be at least 3 minutes more than a 5k. The world record holder for that 6k had an average split of 1:42. There is no way in hell that your average rower pulls a 5k in 17 minutes, I row and only Olympians/world record holders have that level of endurance!

  • well, my friend can do a 10k in 34 minutes... so its not amazing, but its a start
