  • my hip flexor is popping if i v shape my legs and its poping makes my leg weak and hurt. what is your best advice to retrain my hip flexor to comfort stability. stretching and working out? any specific stretch. thank you great videos!!!

  • interesting video. I understand how i've injured my hip flexor now.

Sometimes I can't even walk as the pain is so sharp and sudden.

  • Hey man! Great vids!! Thanks for this one!

  • my spine in L4/L5 seems to have nurapathy so that the bottom of my left foot hurts and is numb, and my hip pops and my SI joints are damaged. my tailbone area seems to float around and my psoas/groin is perma-tight.. sitting hurts on my spine and tailbone, standing hurts my hip and foot, and bending and doing something with my arms or feet hurts my lower back. only thing that feels normal is laying down and/or streching
