they did, enemies can flip over tables or stuff to make their own cover.

@stick7913 You can't compare Halo to Metroid.
They're just two totally different games, the only similar things are shooting and the first person perspective.

The AI in this game seems weak. And I didnt see much of an improvement in the gameplay trailers for the second one. The enemies dont take cover or attack you. They just walk and shoot you. I hope they improve that in the second game.
