  • also i love your videos, they help me through my gastric journey of 6 months, i just use my ideas and yours added together and all helps me, so thankyou and great job! im down 63 lbs so far... wish i could share some food videos too, but i cant barely upload anything to my site:(

  • oh cool i didnt know they had splenda brown sugar, im definitly gonna use that, i make my glaze also with diet 7up and cherry juice as well as what you add.. i dont use the cloves though.. i also boil all salt out of my ham for a hour, i dont use premaid ham.

of course living in louisiana we have a tradition of making our food a certain way, so we all are different. the ham i use its about 13 lbs.

also we decorate the ham w/ pinapples & cherries while baking, its delicious & pretty!

  • My family love candi yams.... which they add sugar and marshmallow butter and milk and cinnamon .... so what I did to still get my candi yams I use splenda and sugar free syrup and butter and cinnamon and no one knew the different beside no marshmallow....... I found the splenda left an after taste so thats why I added some sugar free syrup

  • looks really good! yummy yummy in my tummy!
