  • i dont like lamb meat, can i use any ground meat? like chicken or beef?

  • @michelbrandy

Beef would be a good substitute otherwise try chicken or turkey mince.

  • I happened upon this video a couple of weeks ago and made this for my aunt and cousin. I was amazed that I only needed to watch this through once to then go and do my shopping and make this dish - and it came out delicious! Your video is very easy to follow and I also very much like being able to see the dish being tasted at the end. Can't wait to try another of your recipes - thanks so much!

  • @Poniella81

I am really pleased that you found the video easy to follow and most importantly it tasted good :)

Well done for giving it a go and thank you for subscribing!

I hope you enjoy many more of my recipes.

  • I like having the chef plate and taste the dish because you can see what the insides look like and how it looks when u serve it.

  • @mrhotsteppernj

I like the ending too, thats my favourite bit.

I agree it's nice to see what the food looks like at the end.

Thanks for dropping in OriginalNakedChef :)

  • I love "bitch-a-mell" sauce!

  • @blutey

Approx 300 to 400grams of tomato sauce depending how saucey you like it (I used passata)

  • @blutey Hi blutey, When I made this dish I was sprinkling the cheese until it looked the right amount. Obviously you can do the exact amount to taste. I have given an estimate of the amounts I used. When assembling the main dish use: Approx 80 to 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese Approx 20 grams grated Parmesan Approx 300 to 400grams of tomato sauce depending how saucey you like it (I used passata) In the white sauce I used approx 20 grams grated Parmesan OriginalNakedChef :)
  • PS

    Also, how much passata?
