Oh I think the results are great, haven't heard any complaints. If it's a swap with a VE rotary pump, go with the aftermarket governor spring, it's the best investment to make with those trucks. That plus turning up the screws on the pump, those mods are free. Haven't had it out yet with the new spring, but it's supposed to spin to 3200 RPM. Hopefully I'll have some videos of it up in the near future wearing a new coat of paint.

How hard was this conversion? I have a black '74 Chevy that looks similar to this one and I want to throw in a Cummins.

Be prepared to do a lot of fabrication. I didn't do much of the work, just helped out. There is a company that makes the engine mount/crossmember for the Cummins-Chevy swap, about $600.
The firewall needs notched back to clear the engine comfortably, and the brake booster gets in the way of the normal intake tube path. Send me a message for any other questions, more space to get into detail if needed.
