  • Dr. Adrian Rogers sure was a great man of God. Thank you SO MUCH for posting this video. If anyone else is able to post any more of Dr. Rogers' sermons or messages, PLEASE do us all a favor and do so!! God Bless all of you. :)

  • I never heard of Adrian Rogers til a few months ago. He preached good. I was not only shocked to find out that he died, but also WHEN he died (November 15 is my b-day; freaky aint it) God Bless Bellevue and their new pastor.

  • Adrian Rogers is my favorite preacher. I listen to his podcasts daily. My children listen to them as they go to bed. What a blessing God has given us through Adrian Rogers! I'm currently passing out CDs so that his influence will spread and his benefit will be greater at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

  • I first started listening to adrian rogers on moody radio out of chattanooga about 3 years ago. I had never heard a preacher preach with such conviction and compassion that was the thing that was different i saw, how he used to cry and love ppl. No message ever brought me to tears like his. He was my hero.

  • I watched this man on TV. He was THE MAN! I liked watching his sermons, and it utterly crushed me when Wiki'd his name, and discovered he had passed away not too long ago. oh god, that hurt so much. God bless him, and may he be happy in the place he committed his life in telling the world about.

  • I never had the pleasure of meeting him. I went to St. Louis Catholic in Memphis and Monsignor Paul Clunan was our priest for about as long as Dr. Rogers led Bellevue. I certainly miss them both. Thanks for your input.

  • Brings back a lot of memories for me. I grew up at Bellevue and Dr. Rogers was the only pastor I had ever known. He'd actually been pastor for 33 years (I think) when he retired. President of the Southern Baptist Convention 3 times, he's probably the strongest Bible leader I've ever seen. And talk about presence...whenever I met him, it was almost like meeting God himself. If you've ever met him in person, you know what I'm talking about - though I am not putting him on the same level of God.

  • This man was Dr. Adrian Rodgers of Bellevue Baptist In Memphis. He was pastor there for at least 25 years and built it into a church of about 25,000 people. I believe he was the head of the Southern Baptist denomination for a while.
