@ jagemobe. Those that have heartattacks is coz the abuse it. they over dose on steroids. painkillers like paracetomol is safe in small doses but when abused can also cause heart failure.

Steroids are ruining the sport bodybuilding. It just makes you look disgusting. If you're a real bodybuilder, you should do it natural and patiently. This is my opinion of the dudes on steroids.
