@xxrosiehego i don't think so...for slow waltz & fast waltz (Viennese Waltz), you must slow down your arm movements...they must be very very slow...like your footwork.
It's good to have such lots of arm movements like Linda Hegarty but here, in Waltz, they are not suited. She might be better in Lilt.
Anyway, slowness & start footsteps with heels are essential in Waltz. Theses two techniques must be acquired by a Newcomer. Judges are unanimous about that.

She's really too fast. She has to work slow moves for Waltz... and she must start twinkles with her heel...
