Also, for those of you who want to see some black folks play the ideas that were shared and traded, please look at the video on my channel that I uploaded for you.

@suthernhilljack Crazy. I guess the fact I live in the Appalachian mountains, play a banjo, grow my own crops and chew tobacco make me a Nigger. If you want, I can teach you to read so you can understand that you are wrong.....just head up the Baggley pass and make a right onto Saw Mill Run road, I live where the old guys used to mill for the forestry service, in fact, the turner is still in tact. Reading lessons are free.

@mulisha6 look up bill monroe, thats where "blue grass" came from...you nigger fuck
-
@mulisha6 There may be slave elements in blue grass but, they aren't directly responsible for it. In Ireland before the colonies were founded there was similar music. It's called Irish folk music blue grass is directly descended from it. When people leave an area they take their personality, beliefs, and culture with them.
-
@mulisha6 You're probably not from here and, got your education from some liberal ass text book bent on destroying the truth and giving every goddamn thing away to minorities. Some of the best inventions in the world came from black inventers but, that doesn't mean they did everything. Quit trying to give people credit for something they didn't do.

@mulisha6 Just because the banjo is African in root doesn't mean they're responsible for the mountain culture. It's Irish, Scottish and Welsh in origin the bulk of people to settle in the greater Appalachian region were of Irish, German, English, and Italian. The mountain dancing comes from Ireland ever heard of an Irish jig. Blue grass is predominantly Scottish and Irish in root. The food in this region is a fusion of German and Italian influences.

@mulisha6 People, folk music came from elsewhere yes, as a ballad. Once slaves brought the "banjar" from Africa, it was adapted to Americana musicians. You take a way a guitar from blues, you have a field holler. You put a banjo to a mountain ballad sung acapella, you have bluegrass. You play country, you have white mans blues.
THE ONLY THING THAT REMAINS CONSISTENT, IS WITHOUT BLACKS WE HAVE NONE OF THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand, you should too.

Honestly, I could devote a channel on here telling people how misinformed they are.
Again, check out some of Allen Lomax's archive work on folkstreams. You will see you are indeed very, very, wrong.

You rascist dumbasses have no idea about where the roots of bluegrass, the banjo and folk music originated....FROM SLAVES You Idiots. Hate to tell you, but your hillbilly culture is more directly related to the "niggers" you hate than the whites who were making music at the time...it's a shame you don't know that, but you should watch "Hand Me The Banjo" to see the roots of it and mountain music and dancing.
The educated grandson of a True Mountain Dancer and Musician.
