  • Hi there - I've just been dianosed with diabetes but want to bodybuild - any advice?

  • A low-fat, high-fiber diet coupled with regular exercise will go far in helping to keep your blood sugar under control. Diabetics should always consult with their doctor first before starting any exercise program, as it must be tailored to each individual's condition.

  • G'day mate. I have just heard about a liquid supplement called 'plasmavol'. Its meant to give you a really good pump. Have you heard of it, and do you know anything about the product? And BTW, have you been to muscle or Venice beach, and is it all it's cracked up to be, because I want to visit it next year. Cheers!

  • it's supposed to be pretty good. The web site gives a lot of info. Just do a search on it. I want to go work out at Venice Beach. That would be cool.

  • You obviously haven't been laid in awhile. It's twisted people like you that need to read the book. Stay where you live. You wouldn't make it here. Is this how you get your rocks off? Surfing the web to make moronic comments to make your insecurity less noticeable? Wow. You need help bro!

  • Hi thanks for that - medics say its ok to exercise - but wouln't comment about suppliments - I want to get bigger! PS: You look great m8

  • My purpose in life is to give people all over the world the knowledge and motivation to achieve an optimum level of health of mind and body. My lifestyle works! I'm the proof. If you haven't checked out my web site its on my link on my you tube site.

  • i eat about 300 grams a day. You have to experiment to see what amount is best for your body to keep building lean muscle and not getting fat. It's a slow process but you STAY that way once you attain it. Eat most in the first half of the day so they are burned up each day and not stored as fat.

  • I only use pure whey isolate. It has the highest bioavailability of any protein. It's worth it. Take a mixed protein powder shake before you go to bed as it will take longer to break down and keep you positive nitrogen balance.
